Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your appointment, you will lose your deposit.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be charged a $20 late fee. If you are excessively late, we may need to alter or reschedule your appointment. You will lose your deposit if we need to reschedule.

Appointments

Please arrive 5 minutes early to receive your full service. Due to high demand, we recommend booking your next appointment before leaving.

Appointment Duration

Listed times are approximate and may take longer. To ensure the best results, avoid scheduling other commitments too close to your appointment. I’ll always do my best to stay on schedule.

After-Hours Appointments

Appointments outside regular salon hours may be accommodated upon request. An additional fee starting at $25 will apply. The exact fee depends on the type and duration of the service.

Deposits

A $75 deposit is required for all bookings via Apple Pay/Zelle. Please leave the notes section blank. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Skin Test

A skin test is required 48 hours before any color service.

Detangling

Hair must be detangled before your appointment. If not, a detangling fee will apply.

Chemical Treatments

For treatments like relaxers, texturizers, and color: services may be refused if your hair is damaged. This is to protect the health of your hair.

Ponytails

Natural hair ponytails require a silk press at an additional cost. High ponytails may cause balding; I am not responsible for breakage.

Services Priced Separately

All services are priced individually. For example, ponytails do not include a wash, blow dry, or silk press.

No Show

No call, no show = loss of deposit.

Extra Guests

No extra guests or children are allowed during appointments.

Filming

Permission must be requested in advance if you wish to film for vlogging purposes.

Prices are subject to change after a consultation and may change without notice.

Payment Methods

Aside from your deposit (paid at booking), only CASH is accepted for services.

Return Policy

All products and services are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

Valid for 1 year from purchase. Must be presented at the time of service. Not redeemable for cash.

Style Changes

Changes to your desired style may not be accommodated at your appointment. If possible, an additional fee may apply.
